A digital staff file, timely signals (e.g. notice period, agreement, anniversaries, birthdays), a transparent registration of leave and sickness, assessments and training: it is only a selection from the many options within our total solutions for your staff administration. You can also provide your employees access to the information system via a secure portal and app. In a separate area they can download a payslip or annual statement and they obtain insight into relevant information, e.g. leave days.

HLB can, if so required, also offer assistance in HRM related issues. We offer you practical support when, for instance, setting up an assessment and performance system and preparing an employment agreement. We can also advise on, for instance, reorganisation plans or assess the applicability of the Collective Labour Agreement.
